We Are Agentic

The AI Roadmap Workshop

Know where to focus AI in your business.

The AI Roadmap Workshop is a 90-minute working session with We Are Agentic. You leave with the opportunities in your organisation ranked by what each one is likely to be worth, against what it would take to deliver.

We run a small number of these each month. Each one takes significant preparation and analysis, which is why we keep it limited, and read every application thoroughly. There is no charge for the session.

What you leave with

Get information you can use to make the first AI decision needed in your business. You will receive the following within days of the session:

01

A ranked shortlist

A ranked shortlist of AI opportunities across your business.

02

Each one scored

Each one ranked by how addressable it is with AI as it stands today, what it would take to build, and the scale of the prize.

03

A view on priorities

A view on priorities, including what to leave until later and why.

Illustrative. Every workshop produces its own ranking.

The ranking is the most critical component of what we give you. In our experience, most organisations do not have a shortage of AI ideas, but rather a list filled with them and no agreed order of priority. This changes that.

What it is

Most companies we sit down with look much the same. Everyone agrees AI matters, twenty things look possible, and most of them seem plausible. A few experiments might have been run in pockets of the business, but no one can say which one deserves the budget. The AI Roadmap Workshop gives you an ordered answer to that question.

Before the session, we build a picture of your organisation from your public information, your departmental structure, and our transformation and workflow mapping frameworks, so we don’t begin from a blank page.

In the session itself, a We Are Agentic consultant goes deeper into how the most important work actually gets done in your business, where it sticks, and what’s already been tried. Afterwards, we complete the analysis and ranking, and deliver that back to you.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    You apply

A short form. Two minutes to complete.

  2. Step 2

    We review and confirm

If the fit is right, we come back to you with session times. If someone else in your business should be in the session, we will say so.

  3. Step 3

    We prepare

We build your organisational picture and the session agenda in advance.

  4. Step 4

    We deliver the session

90 minutes, your team and ours.

  5. Step 5

    We deliver the recommendation

A report for your senior stakeholders containing the ranked findings. This is written and presented to you within days of the session.

What we select for

The session is underpinned by the assumption your business has decided to prioritise AI. It is built for the point after that, when the question becomes ‘where to begin?’. When we look at your application, we are looking for three things.

01

A decision already taken

You are past wondering whether AI matters, and are asking where it goes first. This means that one or more of the following are likely true:

  • You have run a few experiments in areas of the business and want to know which one is worth taking seriously.
  • Leadership has agreed to move on AI, but you’re struggling to put the opportunities in order.
  • You are choosing between options and want an expert view of the trade-offs before you commit budget.
02

The appropriate person in the room

Typically, this is someone who can see across departments. This usually means:

  • The chief executive officer, managing director, or chief operating officer, particularly for assessments across the entire organisation.
  • A department head, when the organisation is larger and you have already decided to prioritise that department.
  • The transformation or innovation lead, in organisations who are further along on their AI adoption journey. In this case, a senior operational colleague may be recommended to join too.
03

The ideal industry and organisational size

We look at organisations of 50 to 1,000 people that perform knowledge-intensive work.

Legal, financial services, private equity, recruitment, insurance, PR and creative agencies, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail are all sectors we work in.
